Meet Our Award-Winning Photographer

Amber is a published, award-winning photographer. She has been in the photography business for over a decade. She has specialized in a few different genres over the years. Boudoir and branding photography was a passion of Amber's until she closed her Connecticut studio in August of 2023.

Her heart was at home with her son and her husband, who was going through colon cancer treatment. They made the move to Texas in August of 2024 to be surrounded by more family, and her husband passed shortly there after in December.

Amber's desire to create meaningful photographs remains unchanged, but her subjects have evolved. Family photography, maternity and headshots are now where she spends her time and focus.

That hour or so you decide to spend taking family photographs will never be something she wants you to regret. Those are memories and moments that you will have to cherish for a lifetime.

Amber can connect with people on a profound and personal level, having experienced life firsthand - the highs and the lows.

The first time I remember picking up a camera was on a family vacation to the Grand Canyon when I was 8. It was a purple and pink film camera with a flip-up viewfinder (which was so awesome and totally 90s). The photographs had a purple and pink hue, but I didn't mind. I fell in love. This memory still sticks with me as if it were yesterday, and it was the pivotal moment that sparked my passion for photography. I was in awe of what I had captured.

I was hooked, and my journey had begun, evolving significantly over the years. I look forward to showing you the unique family connection you have together in print.

Once you connect with Amber Jones, she can envision what your photo shoot will be like. She will follow up with suggestions and experienced recommendations based on your goals for your family, maternity, or headshots.

2. We will Schedule A Call With You To Plan Out Your Photoshoot

Once you've booked your shoot, you will schedule a planning call to review the details. She will review potential pieces that you would like to wear during your photoshoot and address any questions you may have. This information will help Amber capture the images that you've been imagining, and you'll be more than prepared for your photoshoot.

3. The Day Of Your Shoot Has Arrived!

It is your time! Be excited because I'm here to help you feel confident and comfortable during your session, whether it's a family, maternity, or headshot session. I will pose you, but with families, it is more about creating the connection you naturally have in front of my camera.

4. Now It's Time To Go Home With Memories You Won't Forget.

This is the time to gather all your memories from your photoshoot in one place! You'll be choosing the photos that you love. Your maternity and family photos should be printed, and I'm here to help you with that, whether in an album or on the wall. Don't worry, I also offer the digitals!
